I redesigned the statistics curriculum for Tech Talent and Strategy.

Description

After teaching several cohorts of data science students, I worked with the program manager on redesigning statistics curriculum for our courses. The old material was insufficient in leading up to the end goal of the course, machine learning. The new curriculum aims to address statistics by explaining everything in terms of how variation is measured, and how information can be derived from each analysis. Additionally, students are exposed to literature and theory underlying statistics, to enable them with the language and discussion that could set them apart from other data science applicants. While this project was not entirely finished, these document covers many tools and analyses typical in any intro statistics course, plus additions that are more common in advanced statistics courses.
