My Work In

I/O and Human Factors Psychology

My Master’s and PhD training is in Industrial-Organizational and Human Factors Psychology. This can be described as the scientific study of how people interact with organizations, technologies, tasks, teams, and environments, using a arsenal of measurement and research techniques to design for workplace performance, decision-making, user experience, and organizational outcomes.
